Return Policy and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Change of mind store credit will be issued.

Return Process:

The product must be sent back to us via courier in its original packaging. Please send us the courier slip for tracking. Once we receive the product, we will thoroughly check it and determine its condition. Once the return is approved, we will contact the customer for their bank/JazzCash/EasyPaisa details for the deposit. The customer will bear the costs for the return.
