Processing Time

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business Days ( Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays.) Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. Advance will taken upon order confirmation.

Delivery Time:

Major Cities : 2-5 Business Days.
Remote Areas: 5-7 Business Days.

100% advance payment required on all custom orders. 
Delivery of custom orders will require 20 working days.

Second Skin Clothing provides international shipping via SKYNET, DHL, and UPS International Priority (also known as Express Worldwide).

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

For Europe, USA, Canada, UAE & Australia, delivery times begin one working day after you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your consignment (tracking) number. You can track your parcel via SKYNET, DHL, or UPS on their respective websites in your country.

Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

What If My Order Is Damaged In Transit?

Second Skin Clothing is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged by SKYNET, DHL, or UPS.

Duties and Tax

Shipping fees for international orders do not include taxes or duties that may be applied by customs in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees imposed during the import process.

Please note that we are legally prohibited from marking any order as a “gift,” even if it is intended for a gift recipient.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Change of Mind Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if the item is unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, we may issue store credit for its value.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, return the item as outlined above. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, with no justification needed.

Items must be in the original condition as outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
